Ads Automation



  • Open the Ads Automation -> Leads page from the main menu.
  • You can view your incoming leads on this page.
  • To assign your lead to a group, select your choice from the column labeled Lead Group.
  • To assign your lead to a seller, select your choice from the column labeled Lead Assignment.



  • Open the Ads Automation -> Facebook page from the main menu.
  •  Click on the Continue with Facebook button next to the login area.
  •  Log in with your Facebook credentials.
  •  Then click on the Add Form button.
  •  Select the Facebook page you want to link in the Page section.
  •  Then select the form you want to link in the form area.
  •  Ensure that the name, surname, phone number, and email of your leads are matched.
  •  Choose your language.
  •  If you want your incoming leads to be saved as patients, click the checkbox.
  • If you want to start a conversation with your incoming leads, click the checkbox.
  •  Select the status you want for the automatic registration of your patients.
  •  Define a special ad code to easily differentiate the ad channel that your patients came from.
  •  Choose which user group you want to automatically assign your patients to.
  •  Complete the process by clicking Save.

Web Forms


  • Open the Ads Automation -> Web Forms page from the main menu.
  • Click on the Add button in the upper right corner.
  • Choose your preferred language.
  • Enter the name you want to give to your form.
  • Enter the domains where you allow your form to be displayed in the Domain field.
  • Select the sales group you want to assign your form to.
  • Choose the advertising channel your form came from.
  • Choose the advertising code your form came from. You can define a special advertising code that will allow you to easily separate data from this form in the Advertising Code field.
  • Design your form in the Form Style section.
  • Map the name, phone number, and email address of your patients coming from your form to the system using the Data Mapping section.
This way, your incoming data will be automatically saved to the system.

Completed Forms


  • Open the Ads Automation -> Completed Forms page from the main menu.
  • You can view the web forms that have been filled out in this section.
