Add a conversation on the Chat page
- Open the Chat page from the main menu.
- Click on the button located at the top right corner of the conversation screen.
- On the options that appear, choose Select Patient or Create Conversation.
Select Patient
- Select a person from your registered patients to start a conversation with.
- Choose the person you want to start a conversation with from the Select Patient field.
- Click the
Addbutton to complete the process.
Create Conversation
- Click on the Create Conversation button.
- Choose the language of the patient you want to communicate with.
- Enter the correct WhatsApp number to contact.
- Write the name of the patient.
- Select the group to which the patient belongs, and then select the salesperson they will be in contact with.
How can I save a patient I have talked to in the system?
- Click on the icon at the top right corner of your conversation screen.
- Enter the patient’s information on the screen that appears.
- After completing the process, click on the
Savebutton.
How can I view which salesperson is in contact with the patient I have talked to?
- Click on the icon at the top right corner of your conversation screen.
- On the screen that appears, you can see which of your salespersons is in contact with the patient.
How can I add a speaker to the conversation?
- Click on the icon at the top right corner of your conversation screen.
- Select the user you want to add to the conversation on the screen that appears.
- After completing the process, click on the
Addbutton.
How can I transfer a conversation?
- Click on the icon at the top right corner of your conversation screen.
- Select the user you want to transfer the conversation to on the screen that appears.
- After completing the process, click on the
Addbutton.
