Adding Surgery:

 

  • Firstly, you need to add a hospital from the Partners -> Hospitals section for surgery sales.
  • Then, you should add a doctor by clicking the Add button on the Users page.
    If you are not making a sale specific to a doctor, you can add a doctor with the name of the hospital and add the same doctor to all hospital sales.
  • Before adding your product by clicking the Add button on the Products -> Categories page, you can categorize it.
    For example, by defining categories such as Bariatric Surgeries, Aesthetic Surgeries under the Treatments category, you can make your products more organized.
  • You can click the Add button on the Products -> Services page and select the Treatment category first. Then, if there is a sub-category you have created, select it. Enter the product name.
  • Enter the price and select the currency next to it. From the Options section below, first select a Hospital and a Doctor associated with it. You can define the name of your product option in the Invoice Name field and enter the price of this option in the Price field with the currency.

 

The Variant (Options) field will be very important for you because after defining a product, you can sell it to all Doctors, Hospitals, and Clinics you purchase from this field with different prices. All sales you make are automatically sent to the relevant units according to the doctor and hospital selection you made at the beginning.

 

 

Adding Hotel:

  • Firstly, you need to add a hotel from the Partners-> Hotels section for hotel sales.
  • Before adding your product by clicking the Add button on the Products-> Product Categories page, you can categorize it.
    For example, by defining categories such as 3-star hotels, 5-star hotels or Izmir hotels under the Hotel category, you can make your products more organized.
  • Click the Add button on the Products-> Product page.
First, select the main product category (Hotel). Then, if there is a sub-category you have created, select it. Enter your product name.
  • Enter the price and select the currency next to it. From the options section below, select a hotel and enter its options. You can define the name of your product option in the Invoice Name field and enter the price of this option in the Price field with the currency.

 

The Options field will be very important for you because after defining a product, you can sell it to all hotels you purchase from this field with different prices. All sales you make are automatically sent to the relevant units according to the unit you have selected.

 

Adding External Transfer:

 

  • Firstly, you need to add a transfer from the Partners -> Transfer Companies section for external transfer sales.
  • Click the Add button on the Products-> Product page.
  • First, select the main product category (External Transfer). Enter your product name.
    For example, making your options such as Istanbul external transfers, Izmir external transfers more organized with options.
  • Enter the price and select the currency next to it.

 

The Options field will be very important for you because after defining a product, you can sell it to all transfers you purchase from this field with different prices. All sales you make are automatically sent to the relevant units.

Adding an Internal Transfer:

 

  • To make an external transfer sale, you first need to add a transfer from the Partners -> Transfer Companies section.
  • You can go to the Product -> Product section and click on the Add button.
  • First, we select the main category of the product (Internal Transfer) and enter the name of the product.
    For example, it can be organized regularly with options such as Istanbul internal transfers, Izmir internal transfers.
  • By entering the price field, we select the currency next to it. From the options field below, we first enter a Transfer and its options. In the Invoice Name field, you can define the name of your product option, and in the Price field next to it, you should enter the price of this option in the selected currency.

The options field will be important for you because after defining a product, you can sell all the internal transfers you have received for the same product with different prices by adding them from this field. All sales you make are automatically sent to the relevant units you specified at the beginning.
