How to Register a Patient?

Your customers are the patients that you can make sales to and manage the entire process through the system, both before and after the sale.


  • The basic information section requires the patient’s first and last name.
  • At least one of the phone and email address fields is required.
  • Language: all documents you send will be automatically sent in the patient’s language.
  • Patient Source: identifies where you obtained the patient data, which is an important factor in obtaining detailed sales reports in the future.
  • Source Detail: can be used to detail the patient source with special codes and labels.
  • Status: used to determine the patient’s operational status, with statuses such as ongoing sale, completed sale, or cancelled sale.
  • Sales Group: identifies the sales group the patient is associated with. For example, you can assign one patient to your Istanbul sales team and another patient to your UK sales team. Sales teams can only view patients assigned to them.
  • Sales Staff: allows you to select the sales personnel who will be responsible for the patient. Patients who are assigned to a sales group can only be viewed by the team leaders of that group, while direct assignments to sales representatives can be made from the sales staff field.
  • Operation Group: similar to the sales group, the operation group is used to group patients with similar characteristics to manage the patient’s operation process.
  • Operation Staff: allows you to assign personnel responsible for the operation from this field.

Patient Record


  • Click on the Patients button on the main menu.
  • Click on the Add button in the upper right corner.
  • Enter the patient’s information.
  • Do not leave the required fields blank.
  • If you want to complete the process, click the Save button.

Bulk Import Patient (With Excel)


  • Click on the Patients button on the main menu.
  • Click on the Import button on the right side.
  • Click on the Csv option.
  • Select your excel file in Csv format on your computer.
  • Check the box if you want to use the headings in your file.
  • Then click the Upload button.
  • Match the headings in your file with the options provided by the system.
  • Click the Save button to complete your process.
