BUYER
The Buyer’s name/title, address, phone and email are as declared during the order and form part of this agreement via the order record.
ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT
This agreement covers the sale and performance of the digital subscription service ordered electronically by the Buyer from https://metocrm.com, and sets out the parties’ rights and obligations under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
ARTICLE 3 – SERVICE, PAYMENT & DELIVERY
Service: MetoCRM cloud software (SaaS) subscription.

Sale price (VAT incl.): [AMOUNT]
Payment: Online payment by credit/debit card via the iyzico infrastructure.
Delivery: Digital service; activated on the Buyer’s account immediately after payment approval. No physical delivery is made.
ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
Payments are processed through the PCI-DSS compliant payment institution iyzico over an SSL-encrypted secure connection; card details are not stored by the Seller. Detailed usage rights are governed by the Seller’s Terms and Services, Privacy Policy and Delivery & Refund Policy, which form an integral part of this agreement.
ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer may withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days of the contract date without reason. Pursuant to the Distance Contracts Regulation, for services performed instantly in electronic form where performance has begun with the Buyer’s consent, the right of withdrawal may not apply. Valid refunds are returned within 14 days to the original payment method.
ARTICLE 6 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement, in accordance with the thresholds announced by the Ministry of Trade.
ARTICLE 7 – ENTRY INTO FORCE
This agreement enters into force upon the Buyer’s electronic approval of the order.
