This Delivery & Refund Policy sets out the delivery and refund terms for the digital subscription services provided by Stark Ajans Reklam ve Yazılım Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (“MetoCRM”) at https://metocrm.com.

1. Nature of the Service & Delivery

MetoCRM is not a physical product; it is a digital software (SaaS) subscription accessed over the internet. Once payment is confirmed, the service is activated on the Buyer’s account immediately (within 24 hours at the latest). No physical delivery is made. The service is accessed via app.metocrm.com using the email and account provided at registration.

2. Subscription & Pricing

Subscriptions are offered monthly or annually and renew automatically at the end of each period unless the Buyer requests otherwise. Current plan, scope and pricing are shown on the relevant page at checkout: [PLAN / PRICE INFO].

3. Right of Withdrawal & Refund

The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of purchase without giving any reason. However, for services performed instantly in electronic form, once performance has begun with the Buyer’s consent, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply. Where a valid refund is due, the collected amount is refunded within 14 days via the original payment method (to the relevant card through iyzico). For started periodic subscriptions, the amount corresponding to the used period may be deducted.
