How to set a reminder
Creating a reminder for a call, a payment or a check-up, and reaching reminders from the top bar.
Where to find it
Reminder
Medical tourism sales are usually lost to forgetfulness rather than disinterest: the quote goes out, the patient says "let me think", and two weeks later nobody has followed up. Reminders close that gap.
You reach them in two places: the Reminder screen in the left-hand menu, and the quick-access icon in the top bar.
Step by step
- Open the Reminder page from the left menu.
- Once the page opens, click the Add button in the upper right corner of the screen.
- After filling in the fields that appear on the screen, click the Save button.
- Click the Edit button to change the Reminder you prepared.
- Click the Delete button to delete the reminder.
- You can also access the Reminder by clicking on the diamond symbol at the top right of the home page.
- In the section that opens, you can set your Reminder from the button marked in red, and you will be automatically directed to the Reminder page from the button marked in yellow.
Tips and common mistakes
- Tip Use a reminder together with a follow-up status: the status says what you are waiting for, the reminder says when you return to it. Without both, the list cannot answer "whose move is it?".
- Tip Do not write "call" in the reminder text; write what to discuss. The version of you two weeks from now does not remember today's context.

No, it is for you. For an automatic message to the patient, build an automation.
Can I set a reminder for another consultant?
Yes, by directing it at that user — it is used most often during handovers.
What happens if I miss a reminder?
Nothing is lost; it waits in the list. Reviewing overdue reminders regularly is the easiest way to catch dropped follow-ups.
