AI Translation
In medical tourism the patient writes in Arabic, the consultant thinks in Turkish and the quote goes out in English. The translation module ties the three together without requiring your team to speak all of them.
Where the language barrier costs money
Multilingual companies pick one of two bad options: hire a consultant per language — expensive and hard to scale — or get by with a browser translation plugin, which mangles clinical terms and flattens tone.
The loss shows up concretely: a patient who writes in their own language and receives a reply in that language that reads oddly loses confidence. In this business, confidence is the thing being bought.
How it works
Translation is configured on your account, and you choose which target languages it produces. Given a piece of content, the system returns both the original and its versions in those languages — the translation stands beside the original rather than replacing it.
How it translates can be steered too: the model and the translation instruction are configurable. Rules like "preserve clinical terminology" or "formal but warm" live here, and that is precisely where the difference from generic machine translation comes from.
The module can be switched on or off per account; where it is not used, it never runs.
Where it is used
- Message templates — A template is written once and produced in every target language, reducing the burden of writing approved WhatsApp templates per language.
- Incoming messages — The consultant understands what the patient wrote in their own language, and the conversation stays on one screen.
- Quote text — Line descriptions and notes come out in the patient's language, so the quote reads professionally.
Knowing the limit
Translation does not replace medical consent forms and legal text. Informed consent, contracts and official correspondence need a human translator — a question of liability, not of quality.
The right use is speeding up day-to-day sales and operational correspondence. For anything legally binding, treat the translation as a draft and have it approved.
