Kanban Board
A list tells you how many records you have; a board tells you where you are stuck. Patients sit as cards in status columns, and dragging a card changes the status.
What a board adds over a list
A sales funnel does not read as a table. Seeing "240 records in Quote Sent" in a report is not the same as seeing that column fill the screen — the second one makes people act.
Kanban answers two questions fast: where the pile-up is and what the next step is. In medical tourism the pile-up is usually in one place: quoted, awaiting a reply.
The columns are your statuses
The board is not a fixed template: columns are the patient statuses defined in your CRM. You build, name and colour your own funnel.
Whether a column appears on the board can be toggled. That small detail keeps the board usable: you may have fifteen statuses but want six of them in daily work. Hiding a column does not delete the status, it just leaves the board.
Drag, and the status changes
Moving a card between columns changes the patient's status. It is the same operation as opening the record and editing the field, so everything attached to the status still runs: automations, follow-up planning and, if configured, ad conversion feedback.
The board is not a separate world — it is the same data, made draggable.
Who sees what
The board shows the records a user can access; permission and visibility rules apply here too. A consultant sees a board of their own files, a manager sees the team's.
