Doctor Consultation

A sales consultant cannot answer a clinical question, and a doctor cannot watch WhatsApp all day. The consultation module puts them on the patient file together — the exchange stays on record and nobody forwards screenshots.

Where the medical opinion disappears

Every file reaches the sentence "let me ask the doctor". What follows is the same almost everywhere: the consultant downloads the patient's photos, sends them to the doctor on WhatsApp, listens to a voice note and relays it to the patient in their own words.

Three problems with that. The opinion stays off the record — three months later "what did the doctor say" lives on somebody's phone. Patient data spreads across personal devices. And when the consultant changes, the entire clinical history resets with them.

The consultation room

The module opens a consultation room attached to the patient file. Consultant and doctor write there, and the room's participants are managed separately, so a second specialist can be added to a case.

Photos, lab results and reports are attached to the room itself; the doctor reads them in the browser with nothing to download. Because attachments belong to the room, they stay with the patient file rather than in someone's camera roll.

The room carries a status: new request → in progress → consultation done → closed. "Which cases are waiting on a doctor" becomes a list instead of something to remember.

The doctor's side is deliberately small

Doctors do not need to learn the CRM. A doctor sees only the consultations assigned to them, reads the relevant patient information and attachments, writes an opinion and updates the status.

That separation is intentional: a doctor has no reason to see your sales funnel, your quotes or your other patients. Less access is the right answer for both security and usability.

AI assistance

Most of the time lost in consultations goes to missing information: the doctor opens the case, the photo is inadequate, the patient is contacted again, a day disappears.

The module helps here — it prepares the request for the missing information and supports the step from consultation to quote. The judgement stays with the doctor; the AI takes only the mechanical part of the exchange.

All of it on record

Consultation rooms are covered by the audit log: status changes and edits are stored with who made them. In medical tourism, when a clinical opinion was given and by whom can become a question later — it needs to be written down.

Frequently asked questions

What is the consultation module for?

It brings the sales consultant and the doctor together on the patient file. Photos and lab results are attached to the room, the doctor writes an opinion, and the consultation's status (new request, in progress, done, closed) is tracked. The opinion lives on the patient record, not on personal phones.

Does the doctor have to learn the CRM?

No. A doctor sees only their own consultations, the patient information and the attachments, then writes an opinion and updates the status. They need no access to the sales funnel, quotes or other patients.

Can more than one doctor join a case?

Yes, the room's participants can be managed. When a second opinion is needed the specialist is added to the same room and sees the whole exchange — the case is not retold from scratch.

Can I attach photos and lab results?

Yes, images and files are attached directly to the consultation room and become part of the patient file. They can be removed when needed, and they never spread across personal devices.

Are consultations auditable?

Yes. Status changes and edits are written to the audit log together with the user who made them.
