At some point in every medical tourism file somebody says "let me ask the doctor". What happens next is the same in most companies: the consultant downloads the patient's photographs onto their phone, sends them to the doctor over WhatsApp, listens to a voice note and relays it to the patient in their own words.
That flow has three problems: the opinion stays off the record (three months later the answer to "what did the doctor say" lives on somebody's phone), patient data spreads across personal devices, and when the consultant changes the medical history resets. The consultation module moves all of it into a room attached to the patient file.
Step by step
- Open a consultation room from the patient file and choose which doctor and which consultants join it.
- Present the case in the room and attach photographs, test results and X-rays — the documents stay on the patient record and never land on anybody's phone.
- The doctor writes their opinion into the room. It becomes part of the patient file and stays there when the consultant changes.
- Update the consultation's status so you can see at a glance which cases are waiting on a medical opinion.
