Customer Card is one of the modules in MetoCRM, the medical tourism CRM built for clinics and health tourism agencies. The sections below cover what it does in day-to-day work.
One file per patient, not one folder per consultant
In a clinic that sells abroad, a single patient generates a WhatsApp thread, an email with test results, a video consultation, two revised quotes and a flight date. Without one place to hold all of it, that material scatters across personal phones, mailboxes and desktop folders — and the moment a consultant is ill or leaves, the patient effectively starts again.
The customer card is that single place. It holds the patient's information, the documents uploaded for them, the notes and comments colleagues have written, the tags and statuses that describe where they are, and access to every channel the clinic has spoken to them on.
- All patient information stored in one record
- Upload and keep documents against the patient
- Notes, comments, tags and statuses in the same view
- Reach every communication channel from the card
- Shortcuts to the actions a consultant needs most
What a colleague sees when they open it
The test of a patient record is what happens when somebody who has never spoken to that patient opens it. On the customer card the answer is: everything. Which treatment was discussed, what price was quoted, which language the patient writes in, where they came from, and what the last conversation ended on.
That is what makes cover during holidays, night shifts and staff turnover possible without the patient noticing. It also feeds everything downstream — offers are built from it, reminders hang off it, and reports are only as accurate as the cards behind them.
Opening and using a card
Cards are created automatically from incoming leads and conversations, and can be opened by hand — the customer card guide covers the fields and the shortcuts.
Fill it out with the structures that describe your operation: customer category for the type of patient, customer status for how far they have got, customer tag for the details worth filtering on later, and customer source for where they came from.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. Leads arriving from advertising forms, web forms and messaging channels create a patient record with their source attached, and cards can also be opened manually for patients who come in by other routes.
Yes. Documents can be uploaded against the card and tagged with attachment tags, so a specific test result or consent form can be found again months later without reading through an email thread.
The card stays. Because information lives on the patient record rather than on a personal phone or mailbox, the next consultant opens it and continues the conversation with the full history in front of them.
