MetoCRM

Facebook Ads Management

While ad spend lives in one dashboard and patients in another, "did this campaign make money" gets answered by guesswork. MetoCRM pulls your ad account's performance data in and puts it beside the patients.

Connecting the ad account

You connect with your Facebook account, the ad accounts you have access to are listed, and you choose which ones to link. Several accounts can be connected — which is what companies running multiple clinic brands need.

Access tokens expire, so refreshing them and watching connection health is the system's job; when a token drops, it is noticed. Ad data that silently stops flowing is the most insidious kind of measurement failure.

What data comes in

Performance data is pulled from the connected accounts on a schedule and stored inside the CRM:

  • Impressions and reach
  • Clicks and CTR
  • Spend and CPC

It is shown as a summary, examined by period, and can be exported. Nobody in finance needs access to the Meta dashboard to get a report.

The real value: spend sitting next to patients

An ad report on its own already exists in Meta's dashboard. What makes the difference is that the same system holds the leads from your ad forms, the conversations and the sales.

So the whole chain closes in one place: spend → lead → conversation → quote → sale. Working out cost per acquired patient no longer means carrying numbers between two screens and a spreadsheet.

The final link is the Meta Conversions API: reporting the closed sale back teaches the ad algorithm what your report just taught you. The report is for you; the feedback is for the algorithm.

Behind a permission

Connecting and disconnecting ad accounts sits behind its own permission, so knowing the URL is not enough to reach these screens. Ad spend and account connections are not an area everyone on the team should be able to touch.

Frequently asked questions

How does Facebook ad data reach the CRM?

You connect with your Facebook account and link the ad accounts you choose. Performance data is pulled on a schedule and stored inside: impressions, reach, clicks, CTR, spend and CPC.

Can I connect more than one ad account?

Yes. Companies with several clinic brands, or working with several agencies, can connect all of them and see them together in reporting.

Can I export the ad report?

Yes, data for the period you choose can be exported. Finance or management does not need access to the Meta dashboard to receive a report.

Does this module create ads?

No. It connects the ad account and brings performance data in; campaign building and creative management stay on Meta's side. The point here is to keep measurement and reporting in the same place as the CRM.

Can I tie ad cost to a specific patient?

Because ad-form leads, conversations and sales live in the same system, spend and outcome can be compared on one screen. To close the loop properly we recommend setting up conversion feedback as well.
