Mentions and Comments is one of the modules in MetoCRM, the medical tourism CRM built for clinics and health tourism agencies. The sections below cover what it does in day-to-day work.
Team conversation that stays with the patient
The important context about a patient is often not in the messages they sent. It is what the coordinator noticed, what the surgeon said about the photographs, and the warning that this patient has already been quoted by a colleague. In most clinics that context travels by WhatsApp group and disappears within a day.
Mentions and comments keep it on the record instead. Users can write notes inside a transaction or against a patient, stored with their date and time, so the reasoning behind a decision is still there when somebody needs it three months later.
- Discuss a patient with your team on the patient's own record
- Note details that do not belong in a message to the patient
- Comments are stored with date and time
- A manager's comment notifies the responsible consultant
- Context survives handovers, holidays and staff changes
Feedback where the work is
When a manager reviews a conversation and wants something changed, the feedback usually arrives out of context — in a meeting, or a message with no link to the case. By the time the consultant acts on it, the moment has passed.
A comment written on the record triggers a notification for the responsible salesperson, so coaching lands on the actual case while it is still open. Combined with notifications and the mobile app, it reaches consultants who are with patients rather than at a desk. The guide covers the details.
Using it well
Write the things a colleague would need in order to take the case over cold: what was promised, what the patient is worried about, what was tried and did not work.
Keep patient-facing communication in the conversation channels and internal reasoning in comments, so nobody has to reconstruct which is which later. For documents that accompany a note, use attachment tags so they can be found again.
