How to build and confirm a voucher
Building the patient's programme document from vouchers and voucher items, its dependency on patient language, and the confirmation screen.

Voucher Management
The voucher is the programme document the patient carries: where they need to be on which day, which hotel they are in, when the transfer arrives. In medical tourism it manages expectations and gives the whole operation a shared reference.
It is built from two parts: Vouchers (the document itself, carrying a Name) and Voucher Items (the blocks it is made of, each with a Title and Content).
Before you start
- The patient must have a language set — the system warns when they do not.
- The text blocks the document is built from must exist as Voucher Items.
Step by step
- On Voucher Items, create the blocks: each carries a Title and Content (airport pickup, hotel rules, emergency contact, pre-treatment instructions).
- On Vouchers, create and name a voucher and choose the items it contains.
- Find the patient's record on the Voucher Management confirmation screen, which lists Trip ID, Trip No, Branch, Patient Id, Patient Name, Trip Date Start, Trip Date End and Conf Status.
- Update the confirmation status to complete the document.
Tips and common mistakes
- Careful If the patient has no language set, the system warns "Patient does not have a Language!". The voucher is produced in the patient's language, so the field is required.
- Tip Write voucher items to be reusable rather than treatment-specific ("Airport pickup", "Hotel rules"). Writing fresh text per patient defeats the point of the module.
- Tip The section title is spelled "Voucer Yönetimi" in places in the Turkish panel — that is the screen you are looking for.

What is the difference between a voucher and a quote?
A quote explains the price before the sale; a voucher explains the programme after it. Two documents from two different stages.
Which language is a voucher produced in?
The language on the patient record — which is why production stops when that field is empty.
Can I reuse the same items across vouchers?
