Offers is one of the modules in MetoCRM, the medical tourism CRM built for clinics and health tourism agencies. The sections below cover what it does in day-to-day work.
The quote is the product in medical tourism
A patient comparing clinics abroad rarely sees the operating theatre, the surgeon or the hotel before they decide. What they see is the quote. Its clarity, its currency, how quickly it arrived and whether it answers the questions they actually asked are, in practice, the product they are judging.
The offers module lets you record every service your clinic sells and build a quote from it in minutes — priced by variant, in the currency the patient thinks in, with discounts applied where you want them, and sent through the channel the patient is already using.
- Present the services you offer, recorded once and reused
- Prepare offers tailored to the individual patient
- Customise the document on behalf of your clinic
- Apply discount coupons where they are warranted
- Quote in any exchange rate the patient is comfortable with
Currency, variants and the international patient
Quoting a British patient in lira and a German patient in dollars costs conversions for no reason. The flexible exchange rate feature lets you prepare the same offer in different currencies, so the number the patient reads is one they can judge immediately.
Variants matter just as much. Treatments are rarely single-priced — graft counts, implant brands, room categories and package inclusions all change the figure. Recording these in products means consultants quote from an agreed price list rather than inventing numbers, and reports can later show which variants actually sell.
Building and sending offers
Offers are created from the patient record — the offers guide covers building one, and offer templates cover the reusable design.
Set the look once with the offer template module so every quote carries your clinic's identity, define discount coupons for the campaigns you run, and send the finished offer straight into the WhatsApp or email thread you are already in.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. Offers can be prepared with the exchange rate you choose, which is what lets you quote international patients in a currency they can evaluate without doing the conversion themselves.
Yes. Offers are built per patient from your recorded services, so a quote can reflect the specific treatment plan, package and discount that patient was promised, rather than a fixed price list.
Yes. The offer stays on the patient record, so any consultant picking the case up later can see exactly what was quoted, when, and at what price — which prevents the second consultant contradicting the first.
